Corwin comes from a musical family. He has been hearing and memorizing tunes since birth and has played the fiddle for most of his life. Some of Corwin's musical mentors are Alasdair Fraser, Liz Carroll, Bruce Molsky, Julian Smedley, Marcia Lotter, Joe Craven and many others.

Fiona has a passion for singing and playing the guitar. She has been a strong singer since early childhood and began the guitar at the age of eight. She has studied singing with Connie Doolan, Gayle Caldwell, Anna Lucas and guitar and music with Barry Marloff, Sylvia Herold, Butch Kwan, Mickie Zekley and Robert Laughlin.
